Creating a Strengths-Based Culture
During this 3 hours workshop, participants will review and begin to own the results of the StrengthsFinder 2.0 Profile. Interactive exercises, journaling and team building activities will enable the group to build self confidence increase awareness of the strengths of others. The final element of this workshop or group event will be to interact and integrate individual strengths for the benefit of the group in areas of communication, problem solving and building a brand or corporate culture.
Cost for an organization: $950 (maximum 30 people)
This includes 3 hours or workshop time, 2 meetings with organizers to develop needs assessment and creation of a customized workshop agenda. The cost of the assessment is not included but can be provided at cost.
Cost for a group of individuals: $50 per person. StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment provided. The length of the workshop is based on the number of participants.
Group Coaching Circles:
Coaching circles will be 60-90 minutes in length and the fee will be $15 per person.
Small groups of 8 individuals or less will gather together in person or online to experience the coaching process on a topic of common interest. These coaching circles will be offered at a convenient time and place and topics will be organized according to your requests!
